That’s okay! Describe the problems you’re facing in your own words and I’ll handle the technical part. I’ll ask you questions to get you the best end result. When I hand it back, I’ll show you how to use it.

Your files are only used for your project and are never shared with anyone else. Here’s exactly how I handle them:
NDA: Happy to sign your NDA before you send anything.
Sharing files: You can share files from your own OneDrive, SharePoint, or Google Drive and remove my access anytime.
Storage: While I work, your files stay in a private, password-protected iCloud folder that only I can open, kept separate from other clients’ files.
AI tools: I may use AI tools to help build formulas, but only with sample data or private details removed. Your real files never go into AI tools.
When we’re done: I delete your files within 30 days of finishing, or right away if you ask, and confirm by email.
Extra-sensitive data: Feel free to remove names, account numbers, or other private details before sending, or send sample data instead. The finished file will work the same on your real data.

Mostly spreadsheets and Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Power Automate. I can also help create forms, surveys, Notion boards, and much more! Fun fact: I pride myself on doing research and being resourceful. If there’s a tool I’m not familiar with, I’ll look into it and be honest about whether I can help or not.

It depends on the job, and you’ll always know the price before I start. Small fixes, troubleshooting, and ongoing help are billed by the hour ($45/hour). Projects with a clear finish line, like a new tracker or dashboard, get one flat price so you know the total up front. Small projects usually start around $150. If anything changes along the way, I’ll check with you before it affects the price.

Simple tasks can take as little as a day, while some projects may be ongoing for months. I’ll give you an estimated timeline once I know more about your needs and goals.

I’d never want to hand something over and abandon it. If quick changes are needed within a reasonable amount of time, just send me a message and I’m happy to adjust. Complete redesigns or additions not originally discussed would require a new quote.
