Hi! I’m Jess 👋

I help small businesses and busy people get their spreadsheets and everyday admin work under control.

Most people don’t need a complicated new system. They need the one they have to work: formulas that don’t break, reports that update on their own, and fewer steps done by hand.

Before building anything, I make sure I understand how you actually work. Then I keep the fix as simple as possible and test it, so it keeps working after I hand it over.

I come from a customer operations and supply-chain support background, so I care about the practical side: what you actually need to do each day, what tends to go wrong, and keeping the finished file easy to maintain.
